So now that you are familiar with Project 40, hopefully you are beginning to see that increasing your happiness can have a significant impact on your life in many ways. Though the question becomes how does one actually go about increasing their happiness?

There are intentional strategies that you can practice to help you live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. For the month of October, Project 40 will be focusing on "Gratitude" as one of these intentional strategies which you can practice.

Gratitude is a felt sense of thankfulness, wonder, and an appreciation for life. Though some may feel that this is a common belief, it is definitely easier said than done. Actively practicing gratitude has been scientifically proven to increase your level of happiness.
